Twelve courses. Twelve seats. Four hours. An original score arrives through wireless headphones, and the evening unfolds as a live experience around the table. What happens inside those four hours is the one thing we will not describe here - because the whole experience depends on not knowing what is coming.

An introduction to the world. Five to seven courses drawn from the repertoire - conversational, unhurried, intimate, with room to breathe and talk. The same commitment to quality as The Requiem, in a gentler, shorter form.

A long table and shared dishes, unhurried in the way a Sunday should be. Intermezzo draws on the same Sicilian-Nordic pantry as The Requiem and The Prelude, but in a relaxed, communal format built for conversation rather than narrative.
