Five Seasons is built at the intersection of food, memory and narrative. Founded in Ragusa, Sicily, in 2025, it exists to offer experiences that do not have a name yet - something that stays with you long after the candles burn out.
Five Seasons nasce all'incrocio tra cibo, memoria e racconto. Fondato a Ragusa, in Sicilia, nel 2025, esiste per offrire esperienze che non hanno ancora un nome - qualcosa che resta in te molto dopo che le candele si sono spente.
There are four seasons everyone knows. The fifth is the one that comes after - the season of renewal, of beginning again, of building something quietly and making it your own.
Ci sono quattro stagioni che tutti conoscono. La quinta è quella che viene dopo - la stagione del rinnovamento, del ricominciare, del costruire in silenzio qualcosa di proprio.
It is a season everyone passes through and almost nobody talks about. We built a world around it: a place where renewal is the whole point, where an evening is composed like a piece of music, and where food is never only food - it is memory, narrative, and the thing that holds them together.

Local farmers, small producers, artisans - the people who have tended this land long before any kitchen arrived on it. We create employment that respects the dignity of work: fair pay, genuine craft, no disposable labour.

The kitchen does not perform sustainability. It practises it, quietly - sourcing with intention, wasting nothing, returning what it can to the community that makes it possible.

Most of the garden renews itself. We keep the seeds, let plants self-propagate, and work with the cycle rather than against it - so each season grows from the last.

We never use poisons. Only natural and biological repellents and fertilisation keep the garden alive - nothing that the land, the herbs or the citrus would not recognise.

We hold our impact on waste to a minimum: careful disposal, thorough recycling, and a kitchen designed to waste as close to nothing as it can.

Our electricity is bought from renewable sources, and we drive electric only. The quiet of the countryside is matched by the quiet of how we move through it.

Ragusa gave us a home. We are still figuring out how to deserve it.
