Five Seasons is built at the intersection of food, memory and narrative. Founded in Ragusa, Sicily, in 2025, it exists to offer experiences that do not have a name yet - something that stays with you long after the candles burn out.
Five Seasons syntyy ruoan, muistin ja kertomuksen risteyksessä. Se sai alkunsa Ragusassa Sisiliassa vuonna 2025, ja sen tehtävä on tarjota kokemuksia, joille ei vielä ole nimeä – jotakin, mikä kulkee mukanasi kauan sen jälkeen, kun kynttilät ovat sammuneet.
Five Seasons nasce all'incrocio tra cibo, memoria e racconto. Fondato a Ragusa, in Sicilia, nel 2025, esiste per offrire esperienze che non hanno ancora un nome - qualcosa che resta in te molto dopo che le candele si sono spente.

There are four seasons everyone knows. The fifth is the one that comes after - the season of renewal, of beginning again, of building something quietly and making it your own.
Neljä vuodenaikaa tuntevat kaikki. Viides on se, joka tulee niiden jälkeen – uudistumisen ja uuden alun aika, jolloin jotakin rakennetaan hiljaa ja siitä tehdään omaa.
Ci sono quattro stagioni che tutti conoscono. La quinta è quella che viene dopo - la stagione del rinnovamento, del ricominciare, del costruire in silenzio qualcosa di proprio.
It is a season everyone passes through and almost nobody talks about. We built a world around it: a place where renewal is the whole point, where an evening is composed like a piece of music, and where food is never only food - it is memory, narrative, and the thing that holds them together.
Sen läpi kulkee jokainen, mutta tuskin kukaan puhuu siitä. Rakensimme sen ympärille maailman: paikan, jossa uudistuminen on koko asian ydin, jossa ilta sävelletään kuin musiikkikappale ja jossa ruoka ei ole koskaan pelkkää ruokaa – se on muistia, kertomusta ja sitä, mikä pitää ne koossa.
È una stagione che tutti attraversano e di cui quasi nessuno parla. Abbiamo costruito un mondo attorno ad essa: un luogo dove il rinnovamento è il senso di tutto, dove una sera è composta come un brano musicale, e dove il cibo non è mai solo cibo - è memoria, racconto, e ciò che li tiene insieme.
It is an artistic restaurant project - a world you step inside for a few hours and carry with you after.

Five Seasons è un progetto di ristorazione artistica indipendente con sede in Sicilia. È un mondo in cui entri per qualche ora e che porti con te dopo.
Nothing here arrived as a set. Everything was found, kept, or made.
Mikään täällä ei tullut valmiina sarjana. Kaikki on löydetty, säilytetty tai tehty.
Nulla qui è arrivato in serie. Ogni cosa è stata trovata, conservata o fatta a mano.
We take less than we give. That is the only rule.

Local farmers, small producers, artisans - the people who have tended this land long before any kitchen arrived on it. We create employment that respects the dignity of work: fair pay, genuine craft, no disposable labour.
Paikalliset viljelijät, pientuottajat ja käsityöläiset – ihmiset, jotka ovat hoitaneet tätä maata kauan ennen kuin yksikään keittiö asettui sille. Luomme työtä, joka kunnioittaa työn arvokkuutta: reilu palkka, aitoa ammattitaitoa, ei kertakäyttöistä työvoimaa.
Contadini locali, piccoli produttori, artigiani - chi ha curato questa terra molto prima che arrivasse una cucina. Creiamo lavoro che rispetta la dignità del lavoro: paga equa, mestiere vero, nessuna manodopera usa e getta.
The kitchen does not perform sustainability. It practises it, quietly - sourcing with intention, wasting nothing, returning what it can to the community that makes it possible.
Keittiö ei esitä kestävyyttä. Se toteuttaa sitä hiljaa – hankkii harkiten, ei hukkaa mitään ja palauttaa minkä voi yhteisölle, joka tekee sen mahdolliseksi.
La cucina non recita la sostenibilità. La pratica, in silenzio - scegliendo con intenzione, senza sprecare nulla, restituendo ciò che può alla comunità che la rende possibile.
The garden regenerates
Most of the garden renews itself. We keep the seeds, let plants self-propagate, and work with the cycle rather than against it - so each season grows from the last.
Suurin osa puutarhasta uudistuu itsestään. Säästämme siemenet, annamme kasvien levitä omin päin ja teemme työtä kierron kanssa emmekä sitä vastaan – niin jokainen vuodenaika kasvaa edellisestä.
Gran parte del giardino si rinnova da sé. Conserviamo i semi, lasciamo che le piante si propaghino da sole e lavoriamo con il ciclo, non contro - così ogni stagione nasce dalla precedente.
No synthetic pesticides
We do not use synthetic pesticides. Natural and biological repellents and fertilisation keep the garden alive - nothing that the land, the herbs or the citrus would not recognise.
Emme käytä synteettisiä torjunta-aineita. Puutarhan pitävät elinvoimaisena luonnolliset ja biologiset karkotteet ja lannoitteet – ei mitään, mitä maa, yrtit tai sitruspuut eivät tunnistaisi.
Non usiamo pesticidi di sintesi. Repellenti e fertilizzanti naturali e biologici tengono vivo il giardino - nulla che la terra, le erbe o gli agrumi non riconoscerebbero.
Waste & recycling
We hold our impact on waste to a minimum: careful disposal, thorough recycling, and a kitchen designed to waste as close to nothing as it can.
Pidämme jätteiden vaikutuksen mahdollisimman pienenä: huolellinen lajittelu, perusteellinen kierrätys ja keittiö, joka on suunniteltu hukkaamaan niin vähän kuin suinkin.
Riduciamo al minimo il nostro impatto sui rifiuti: smaltimento attento, riciclo accurato e una cucina progettata per sprecare il meno possibile.
Clean energy & transport
Our electricity is bought from renewable sources, and we drive electric only. The quiet of the countryside is matched by the quiet of how we move through it.
Ostamme sähkömme uusiutuvista lähteistä, ja ajamme vain sähköautoilla. Maaseudun hiljaisuutta vastaa se hiljaisuus, jolla kuljemme sen halki.
La nostra elettricità proviene da fonti rinnovabili e ci spostiamo solo in elettrico. Alla quiete della campagna corrisponde la quiete di come la attraversiamo.
Ragusa gave us a home. We are still figuring out how to deserve it.
