Twelve courses. Twelve seats. Four hours. An original score arrives through wireless headphones. A sealed box waits on the table when you sit down. What happens inside those four hours is the one thing we will not describe here - because the whole experience depends on not knowing what is coming.

A long table and shared dishes, unhurried in the way a Sunday should be. Intermezzo draws on the same Sicilian-Nordic pantry as The Requiem and The Prelude, but in a relaxed, communal format built for conversation rather than narrative.

Una tavola lunga e portate condivise, senza fretta, come dev'essere una domenica. Intermezzo attinge alla stessa dispensa siculo-nordica di Requiem e Prelude, ma in un formato conviviale e informale, pensato per la conversazione più che per la narrazione.
