The Requiem is presented in Helsinki from 1-13 December 2026, every day except 7 December.

Lunch Matinee arrivals are at 11:30, 11:45 or 12:00. Dinner arrivals are at 18:30, 18:45 or 19:00. Your selected time is your individual arrival time, not a separate seating.

The experience lasts approximately four hours from arrival.

Guests arriving late are admitted at the next suitable point in the work. Courses or drinks already passed cannot be served again later.

Helsinki, Finland

The Helsinki location is private. Confirmed guests receive final arrival details directly.

Five Seasons' permanent home is in Sicily. Because Helsinki bookings are currently managed through the same SevenRooms account, the Ragusa address may appear in parts of the booking flow.

The Ragusa address is not the location of your Helsinki reservation.

Five Seasonsin pysyvä koti on Sisiliassa. Koska Helsingin varauksia hallinnoidaan tällä hetkellä saman SevenRooms-tilin kautta, Ragusan osoite saattaa näkyä joissakin varauspolun kohdissa.

Ticket prices are per guest and include VAT. Drinks are optional and paid for separately. There is no compulsory service charge.

Guests and companies can self-book for 1-11 guests through SevenRooms. Groups of 12-24, Chambre Privee for up to 8, and a private La Sala reservation for 24 are enquiry-only.

Payment

No payment is taken through SevenRooms.

After you send the reservation request, a secure payment link is sent through WhatsApp and SevenRooms no later than 24 hours after the request.

The payment link remains valid for 24 hours.

The reservation is confirmed only after payment is completed.

If you experience a problem with payment, contact Five Seasons before the 24-hour reservation period ends.

If your preferred date is full

Select Alert Me in SevenRooms.

You will receive an email if availability opens up for that date. Alert Me is not a booking, nothing is charged for it and it does not guarantee a place.

Maksulinkki on voimassa 24 tuntia.

Varaus vahvistuu vasta, kun maksu on suoritettu.

Jos maksamisessa ilmenee ongelma, ota yhteyttä Five Seasonsiin ennen 24 tunnin varausajan päättymistä.

Drinks are not included in the ticket, and you do not have to choose a drinks pairing.

You can choose a drinks pairing when you book, or add one later by contacting Five Seasons.

Approximately two weeks before the live experience, SevenRooms sends the allergy details, drinks package selection if not already selected, exact arrival instructions, dress guidance, and phone use and photography guidance.

Drinks pairings cannot be added on the day.

Dietary requirements

Tell us about allergies and special diets before you buy, or no later than 7 days before the experience.

Most needs can be accommodated, but we always confirm separately whether we can meet them safely as part of The Requiem.

Allergens are handled in our kitchen, and we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free meal.

Accessibility

The Helsinki venue is not accessible.

The space has thresholds, stairs and narrow corridors.

If you have mobility or accessibility needs, contact us before booking. We will tell you plainly what we can arrange and what we cannot guarantee.

Headphones & languages

Guests wear wireless headphones throughout The Requiem.

The audio can be chosen in Finnish, English or Italian.

The headphones are disinfected after every use. Guests are not expected to perform or take part in any other theatrical way.

If you have hearing, sensory or headphone-related needs, contact us before booking. We will tell you honestly what is possible.

During The Requiem

We ask every guest to respect the individual experience of others during The Requiem.

For this reason, ordinary table conversation is not part of the work.

If you would like to talk, take a phone call or step outside, you may move to the lobby or outside and return at an appropriate point.

Photography is permitted without flash. Phones should otherwise remain silent and be used in a way that does not disturb other guests.

What to wear

There is no dress code at The Requiem.

Dress so that you will be comfortable for about four hours.

The space has uneven floors, rugs, thresholds and changes in level, so high heels are not recommended.

Age limit

The Requiem Helsinki is for guests aged 18 and over.

A booking is required. You cannot attend without a confirmed booking.

Ruokavaliot

Kuulokkeet desinfioidaan jokaisen käytön jälkeen. Vierailta ei edellytetä esiintymistä tai muuta teatterillista osallistumista.

The Requiemin aikana

Pyydämme kunnioittamaan jokaisen vieraan yksilöllistä kokemusta The Requiemin aikana.

Tämän vuoksi tavallinen pöytäkeskustelu ei kuulu teokseen.

Jos haluat keskustella, vastata puheluun tai käydä ulkona, voit siirtyä aulaan tai ulos ja palata takaisin sopivassa kohdassa.

Valokuvaaminen on sallittua ilman salamaa. Pyydämme pitämään puhelimet muuten äänettöminä ja käyttämään niitä niin, etteivät ne häiritse muiden vieraiden kokemusta.

Pukeutuminen

The Requiemissa ei ole pukukoodia.

Pukeudu niin, että sinun on hyvä olla noin neljän tunnin ajan.

Tilassa on epätasaisia lattioita, mattoja, kynnyksiä ja korkeuseroja, joten korkokenkiä ei suositella.

Ikäraja

The Requiem Helsinki on tarkoitettu vain 18 vuotta täyttäneille.

A paid booking is binding and non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.

The guest name on a booking can be changed free of charge until 48 hours before the evening begins by contacting Five Seasons.

Name changes are subject to the same dietary deadlines as the original booking. Five Seasons may also carry out reasonable checks to prevent resale and misuse.

Resale of tickets is prohibited.

You may ask to change the date, but changes are handled case by case and subject to availability. A move to another date cannot be guaranteed.

If Five Seasons cancels the evening or materially changes its date, city or essential nature, you can choose:

• a full refund to the original payment method, or
• a replacement date offered by Five Seasons.

If the evening cannot take place because of force majeure beyond Five Seasons' control, we will act in the same way.

These terms do not limit your statutory rights as a consumer.

Five Seasons is not responsible for guests' travel, accommodation or other consequential costs, except where the law requires otherwise.

Maksettu varaus on sitova eikä sitä palauteta, paitsi jos laki toisin edellyttää.

Varaukseen merkityn vieraan nimen voi vaihtaa maksutta viimeistään 48 tuntia ennen illan alkua ottamalla yhteyttä Five Seasonsiin.

Jos Five Seasons peruu illan tai muuttaa olennaisesti sen päivää, kaupunkia tai keskeistä luonnetta, voit valita:

• Five Seasonsin tarjoaman korvaavan päivän.

Jos ilta ei voi toteutua Five Seasonsin vaikutusmahdollisuuksien ulkopuolella olevan ylivoimaisen esteen vuoksi, toimimme samalla tavalla.

Nämä ehdot eivät rajoita kuluttajan lakisääteisiä oikeuksia.

Five Seasons ei vastaa vieraan matka-, majoitus- tai muista välillisistä kustannuksista, paitsi jos laki toisin edellyttää.
